The data is protected with an authorization process and can only be accessed through a secure login by authorized users.

Live IMPEX is a complete customs management solution with which you can file the documents online via ICEGATE.

All the messages can be read back into the system using ICEGATE Communicator, a unique ICEGATE message managing tool. Messages can also be printed or emailed.

Live IMPEX has an inbuilt online tracking system. Tracking can be enabled for your customers using the Universal Consignment Tracker with the help of the Live IMPEX reference number.

Live IMPEX allows the Daily Status Report to be emailed directly from the system.

Live IMPEX has an inbuilt alerts and notification system. Hence clients can be continuously updated using SMS and emails.

Live IMPEX is plug-n-play solution which is very simple to use, thus it does not require any training. However, if necessary you can avail of paid training sessions.

Online support will be provided to resolve any issues that crop up. Currently the service is provided from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, but it will be provided 24 hours a day in the near future.
